There has never been more need to learn Soft Skills than today. Hard Skills might get you the job but eventually Soft Skills will get you promoted.
Similarly, you can only create a good company with employees who are good at hard skills but a great company is created when your employees are good at soft skills.

I agree. But, the important question is what comes first in life ? Hard Skills or Soft Skills ?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, Hard Skills come first into our life ! Our upbringing and education is centered around inanimate objects. Soft Skills come much later.....and they come mostly by default rather than design. In comparison, hard skills learning happens in a structured and formal.
